Established in 2005, KEYFIX is a professional manufacturer specializing in customized fastener products. Our own 8,000 m² plant in Guangdong Province is staffed by 150+ production employees and 20 engineering and QA staff, and our registered office and sales headquarters are in Shijiazhuang, Hebei. We are committed to providing high-quality customized fastener solutions to customers worldwide.
Our products are widely used across automotive (Tier-1 / Tier-2), industrial machinery and equipment, precision machinery, electronics, and precision measuring instruments, as well as wind power and lightweight EV projects, meeting our clients’ fastening requirements in various application scenarios. Our factory runs 98 production machines, including 32 CNC machines (two YCM NFX 380A 5-axis centers) and 25 cold heading machines, holding ±0.01 mm on cold-forged and ±0.005 mm on CNC-machined critical features. Outgoing lots are released under AQL 0.4 inspection with a target below 25 PPM.
