Yes, we provide samples before mass production to ensure product quality meets your expectations. Sample costs vary depending on the complexity and specifications of your fastener requirements.

For custom fastener projects:

• Prototypes & samples: typically 7–14 business days
• Production: typically 4–6 weeks after sample approval
• New cold-forging tooling: scheduled at quotation, depending on part complexity

Repeat orders with existing tooling are scheduled when the order is confirmed.

We offer flexible shipping options to meet your delivery requirements:

• Sea Freight: Cost-effective for large volume orders
• Air Freight: Fast delivery for urgent projects
• Rail Freight: Efficient option for continental shipping

We can also arrange door-to-door delivery or work with your preferred freight forwarder.

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): Bank wire transfer
• L/C (Letter of Credit): For large orders and long-term partnerships
• Western Union: For sample orders or small transactions

Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Flexible terms available for established customers.
