For quantities above 500 pieces, stamping offers dramatic cost savings with faster production and excellent repeatability. Custom progressive dies pay for themselves quickly in high-volume scenarios.
We build custom progressive dies for runs as small as 1,000 pieces when the part geometry requires it. For prototype quantities, we offer soft tooling and single-station dies.
Our automated optical sorting machines screen stamped parts at production speed, rejecting defects automatically. Combined with SPC monitoring and AQL 0.4 outgoing inspection, we work to a target below 25 PPM.
