Our products are widely used across automotive (Tier-1 / Tier-2), industrial machinery and equipment, precision machinery, electronics, and precision measuring instruments, as well as wind power and lightweight EV projects, meeting our clients’ fastening requirements in various application scenarios. Our factory is equipped with 32 CNC machines and 25 cold heading machines, holding ±0.01 mm on cold-forged and ±0.005 mm on CNC-machined critical features, with AQL 0.4 outgoing inspection and a target below 25 PPM.

Our Production Technology
Multi-station progressive cold heading systems reshape metal through ambient-temperature high-pressure displacement. Continuous grain flow structure increases tensile strength by 40-60% with 98% material utilization—engineered specifically for automotive high-strength fastener manufacturing.
Equipped with 32 CNC machines—CNC lathes, Swiss-type lathes and mill-turn centers, plus two YCM NFX 380A 5-axis machining centers—holding ±0.005 mm on critical features, ensuring dimensional consistency from prototype to volume production for automotive powertrain parts and precision machinery components.
50–300 ton progressive stamping lines run at up to 80 strokes per minute while holding ±0.05 mm tolerance, backed by in-house progressive dies and cold-form thread rolling—ideal for high-load automotive chassis and engine-compartment fasteners and brackets meeting IATF 16949 standards.
From 42CrMo4 and 35CrMo steels to 304/316L stainless, 6061/7075 aluminum, Ti-6Al-4V and Inconel superalloys, every grade is matched to spec and cross-referenced across ASTM, EN, GB and JIS—then verified by OES with EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates, AQL 0.4 outgoing inspection and a target below 25 PPM.
